how does charm dump work?
every piece is custom made just for you. once your order is placed, we use your personalization details (colors, metal preference, vibe, text, etc) to design your piece from scratch. no repeats, no mass made jewelry. every order is one of one.
how long does it take to make my order?
please allow 5 to 10 business days for creation before shipping. everything is handmade, so good things take a minute. during busy times or drops, processing may take closer to the full timeframe.
can i request specific charms or beads?
we do not list every bead or charm individually since our inventory is always changing. however, if you see a charm on another piece (for example a swan, heart, dice, etc) and love it, feel free to request it in your personalization notes.
we will always do our best to include specific charms if inventory allows. if something is unavailable, we design based on your overall vibe and preferences to create something just as special. otherwise, we truly go off vibe.

will my piece look exactly like the photos?
not exactly and that is intentional. photos show the general style and energy, but every charm dump piece is unique and designed just for you.
can i make changes after placing my order?
we start working quickly, so please double check your personalization before checkout. if you need to change something, email us asap at charmdump.jpg@gmail.com and we will try our best, but changes are not guaranteed once production begins.
do you offer refunds or exchanges?
because everything is custom made, all sales are final. if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
what materials do you use?
we primarily use plated metals, acrylic, glass, and mixed charms. charm dump jewelry is meant for fashion wear and should not be worn in water, while sleeping, or during high intensity workouts.
how do i care for my jewelry?
